I am The Sun Spirit. Call on me to get some light into your life if you are ill or have lost contact with nature. I am also the symbol of the circle of life.
Please close your eyes, place your hands on your stomach and breathe in deeply. Imagine you are walking into a field of sunflowers. You can feel the warmth of the sun. If you listen carefully you can hear the sunflowers grove. Let your self turn into a sunflower, feel how your roots supply you with healing water and how your leaves take in the light of the sun. Slowly turn your head towards the sun like the other sunflowers, and feel how you have become part of nature. You can smell the earth and feel how the wind bends your stalk slightly. Take a deep breath and open your eyes.
