I am The Butterfly Spirit. I am the spirit of transformation. You can call on me when you are going through a personally transformation.

Close your eyes and imagine you have a magic seed in your hand. Let the seed take on the shape of your transformation; let it symbolize what you would like to achieve. Imagine you are planting the seed in a beautiful garden, where you carefully look after the seed by watering it with all your best thoughts and ideas. Slowly the seed transforms into a small plant. As you nurse the plant tell your self that you are responsible for the growth of the plant, and feel how you are growing and changing together with the plant. You might have to do this many times to achieve your goal, but don’t give up! Just like the butterfly change from caterpillar to chrysalis and emergence as a butterfly you can grow.
